Enrollment Deposits for New Families
Parents are required to submit a signed enrollment contract, a signed payment plan agreement, and a nonrefundable deposit of $1,000 per student in order to secure their student's space at LCA. Deposits are applied directly to a family's total tuition invoice and are not an additional cost. Enrollment deadlines are rolling, beginning in April and are based on the date of acceptance. (Please refer to the “Enrollment Checklist” for the current timeline and what materials are due.)
Enrollment Deposits for Returning Families
Parents are required to submit a signed re-enrollment contract, a signed payment plan agreement, and a nonrefundable deposit of $500 per student by April 10th to reserve a place for the next academic year. Returning families with three or more students will be required to submit a flat deposit of $1,250. (Please refer to the “Enrollment Checklist” for the current timeline and what materials are due.)
We are pleased to inform you that we are able to provide a more affordable Tuition Insurance Plan for 2017-2018 Academic Year. The new plan offers a lower premium of 1% of annual tuition (vs.1.8% previously) and higher benefits of 100% Injury Sickness/ 75% Mental Health/ 60% Voluntary/ 75% Dismissal (vs.75% Injury Sickness/ 50% Mental Health/ 50% Voluntary/ 50% Dismissal previously).
However, the lower premium and higher benefits option requires higher participation and as a result; families who do not pay annual tuition in full by July 20, 2017, will be required to participate in the Tuition Insurance Plan. Families will have the option to send in a separate check or may elect to add the total premium to their Smart Tuition payment plan.
If you have any questions on the new Tuition Insurance Plan, please email Vanessa Ogenah at firstname.lastname@example.org.
