The Varsity Boys Wrestling program at LCA is one of tradition and excellence. The team is well-known for producing numerous All-League competitors and championship teams on a seemingly annual basis. Built on the practices of hard work, mental toughness, and fundamental execution, the Wrestling program has been a leader in athletics at LCA since it began in the 1994.
Most recently, the team has been undefeated in EIL competition for 5 straight years, including 5 straight EIL Regular Season and Tournament Championships.
In 2009-10, LCA had an EIL record 7 different wrestlers named individual champion, by weight class, in the EIL Tournament. Additionally, 9 wrestlers qualified to participate in the NEPSAC Tournament, with 3 wrestlers moving on to compete in the National Prep Wrestling Tournament held at Lehigh University in Pennsylvania.
